Cloud Sushi started in June 2022 when Owner/Head Chef Josh Brown learned of a vacancy in the space being rented by Tahoe Sports Hub for storage. The idea was to have a commissary kitchen space for his private chef business, but realized there was a service window for pickup orders. The idea to streamline the process via online "cloud" ordering came along and Cloud Sushi was born! The first 3 years were Wednesdays only, and in April 2025 operations expanded to 4 days a week.
